I didn't arrive here
by following a plan.
I arrived by losing one.
And in losing it, I found the only thing that was ever going to sustain me - work that was entirely, unapologetically mine.
My Story
For most of my adult life, I was really bloody good at doing what was expected of me. I had a great job in insurance, a pension that pleased my parents, a generous salary. I showed up the way I was supposed to. And for a long time, that felt like enough.
Then life did what life sometimes does. It removed, without warning, everything I thought I was building toward. I lost my husband, my soul mate, to cancer. And in that raw, disorienting space, where everything gets stripped back to what's actually true, I discovered something I couldn't unfind.
That the version of me who had been quietly shrinking, carefully performing, and strategically staying palatable was not the version of me that was going to survive what came next. Or thrive. Or do anything that actually mattered.
"ReWilding wasn't something I invented. It was something I did. Out of necessity, out of grief, out of the sheer refusal to build my life around anything that wasn't completely true."
I quit my job.
I'd known for so long that I wanted my own business. I wanted the freedom to work from wherever, whenever and with whoever I chose. I was done compromising.
I started my first business out of desperation to pay my mortgage, but in time my work evolved. I was already coaching long before I called myself a business coach, before I became accredited. I learned how to listen to my (much wiser than my brain) inner voice. I learned what felt right for me and what felt wrong.
And I got really good at helping others do the same.
Business success comes as soon as you stop compromising. I promise.
I found my way to where I am now...
Through nature - long, slow hours that taught me more about presence, patience, and the intelligence of living systems than any business programme ever had.
Through writing, which cracked me open in ways I'm still discovering.
Through the women I was working with, whose own callings kept pointing back at me, asking: are you living what you're teaching?
I am now. Never perfectly. But completely.
My Philosophy
I talk a lot about 'rewilding' - ReWilding, in the way I mean it, isn't about going back to nature, though that's part of it, for me.
It terms of your business, it's about releasing everything that was never actually yours to begin with.
The strategies you adopted because someone else said they worked. The version of yourself you've been presenting because it felt safer than the real one. The business you built around who you thought you should be, rather than who you are.
"Identity work isn't the warmup before the real coaching begins. It is the coaching. Everything that follows, the offers, the positioning, the income, is just the natural consequence of getting that part right.".
What I Believe...
→ The work your soul is calling you to do was never optional. It might be inconvenient. It might be terrifying. But it's not negotiable. The sooner you stop treating it like a luxury you'll get to eventually, the better everything gets.
→ Soul-led and financially successful are not in opposition. You deserve wealth - spiritual, relational, and financial. Choosing depth does not mean choosing poverty. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a story that keeps you small.
→ Identity before strategy. Always. I have never met a woman whose business problems were actually strategy problems. They were identity problems in disguise. Fix the identity and the right strategy becomes obvious.
→ The mainstream playbook was not written for you. If you're a spiritual entrepreneur who refuses to accept "this is just how business works" - good. That refusal is not naivety. It's discernment. Trust it.
→ Depth is a business strategy. In a world full of surface, the woman who goes deeper, thinks harder, and shows up more honestly wins. Not always quickly. But durably.
If you're ready to stop compromising, ready to answer the call of your soul and grow your business around the truth of who you are, then I'd LOVE to explore what working together could look like...
